Some photos from Asylum
My camera isn't the best for taking action shots in low light, but when there are shiny pretty people all around you can't help but TRY to take pictures, huh?

asylum07_alumni has been set up to gather all that kind of material, so if you've got it, post it there (you'll need to join to view it as well, it's all locked down for what I think are pretty obvious reasons).
Anyway, photos! Some by me, some byderryderrydown, who had a better seat than me for most of the panels :)
blurry shot #1: Alona Tal at the autograph table, on Saturday. taken from the queue. She was SO ADORABLE. she saw me holding up the camera, so stopped and paused and smiled for me. After I took it I gave her a goofy thumbs up and mouthed "thank you!" (as I wasn't real close), and she gave a goofy thumbs up and grin herself. N'AWW. Then, when I finally got to the front of HER queue, I said "thanks for letting me take your picture!" and she didn't quite hear me at first, so she grabbed my hand and said "what was that, hon?" She is THE MOST ADORABLEST.
Nicki Aycox, also at autograph table. She was having some difficulty with the autographing, as they didn't have ANY silver pens and jeebus, you know how dark SPN is. She was signing with black marker onto black images, the poor thing.
Brooke Nevin, Alona Tal & Nicki Aycox on the panel (Saturday). Brooke was SO hilarious. She really gave excellent panel, cracking jokes and being quite light-hearted about it all. It was great. Alona was lovely, of course, and Nicki was pretty cool, too. Whenever there were questions about mentors and idols and who they admire/respect/want to work with/etc, Nicki was always praising and plugging female actors and other women in the industry. It was quite fab.
Jensen at the Saturday panel, dressed decidedly un-Deanishly in a sweater with a shirt underneath.
Jensen at the Sunday panel. Wearing more Dean-ish clothes today, including battered work boots.
SO ADORABLE. A kid in the audience asked a question (Q: "Do you get hurt?" A: "Well, sometimes the I get bruises and scrapes, but not hurt really bad. Jared broke his arm, though!") and JA couldn't hear him properly, so he invited him up on the stage. And then helped him walk down the steps afterwards. Tres cute.
At the end of Jensen's panel on Sunday, they invited all the guests up to say their goodbyes to the fans. Alona (socute), immediately shoved everyone aside to stand right next to Jensen.
When she realised they were going to go along the line (starting with Jensen) to make their wee speeches, she jumped down a place or two, I assume to give her more time to think of something to say. Hee!
The light in the whole hotel was pretty not-conducive to photographing, so I only got a couple of shots of fen as well. I might post some later in a flocked post.
