I LOVE LISA. I think this is actually in the same 'verse as my epic, far-from-completed Cyberwoman AU fic (sigh).

That was so hot. Oh, this is six brands of wonderful. I've been thinking about Lisa-Jack parallels these days and I love the boss!kink. I especially love how complex and layered you've made the power dynamic, both in Lisa's fantasies and the twist at the end, when Ianto's self-control is greater than hers (I can picture his "mild enquiry" and "devious smile," all right). I think there's actually so little Ianto characterisation in canon, what I end up taking from it is the clues given by his partners - well, Jack, really. Basically, I can't imagine them having anything longer than a one-night stand unless Ianto is a somewhat more active subject than a lot of fic paints him. If that makes sense? the power dynamics are layered, and Ianto absolutely loves playing with them and getting off on them.

Anyway, that's my theory and I'm sticking with it ;)
