Starcrossed (2005)
James Burkhammer III

Although new auteur James Burkhammer II admits he regretfully cut out a lot of the sex from his film on incest, Starcrossed, he hopes the romantic vibe elevates a discussion of the taboo out of the gutter. “It’s a “Romeo and Juliet” kind of story,” he said. “But for me, incest is no problem although it’s the last taboo. … I happen to think it’s possible to have a healthy incestuous relationship, one not based on abuse — but in my film the boys are both the same age.”

There's a tv show airing this fall called The Black Donnellys (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0805661/), about four Irish-American brothers who get pulled into their neighborhood's organized crime ring. I watched the pilot, and it looks fantastic.

Two other shows I can think of have brotherly love on the periphery: Arrested Development (Michael, GOB and Buster, although most of the plotlines focus on Michael & GOB's relationship), Veronica Mars (Dick & Cassidy in S2/end of S1)

Movies: Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter (Weasleys), and as dumb as it sounds, Napoleon Dynamite.

Oh, I forgot to say that the Michael & GOB relationship in AD is steeped in incesty subtext, most likely on purpose; S3 is absolutely full of it. Every character on the show has some sort of incest subtext going on, though. :)
