Mmm. You have a good point wrt the issues with Lust. Oh, show. You do have skanky gender issues.

I don't see why we couldn't have just had Jo as an independent new hunter. (was there some reason why Alona Tal had to be gone?) Cassidy-girl's hair is even more over the top than Jo's maybe even worse than Buffy's. And the weird slo-mo shots didn't make it look any less impractical and ridiculous.

But I love this show because of its dorktastic issues-having heavy-handed self, not in spite of it. I'm glad it's back.
