cloud_watchers? It's sort of a save Veronica Mars campaign, it could be worth checking out what they've done as they're targeting the CW as well!

that video is awesome but one question: should i be concerned that we have to have a save supernatural site? is there talk of it not coming back next season? *panics*

The ratings aren't so good, neither is CW advertising, and Kripke reckons there's a 50/50 chance of getting a third season. So I reckon we should start boosting numbers up now so there's never a question of whether it's renewed or not!

i should go get those postcards like ive been planning. and get into that letter writing stuff.

Hey, wow. That vid is awesome!

I was kind of thinking the other day, you know the channel-scroll channel that you get with cable TV, with the listings of what's on when? It's got these little ads for stuff, that play in the corner, right? How much would it cost to air something like your promo spot on that (only with the time and channel for the area or whatever), where the general public would see it when they're looking for something to watch? If it's a lot, what about setting up a paypal donation button to collect donations to pay for ad blocks in major Neilsen markets? I'd donate. If the CW won't advertise, why not? Would they get upset about their clips being used if it was free advertising?

It's just a thought I had. It probably sucks like most of my ideas lately, so that's why I'm posting it anonymously. Because I am a giant chicken. (Only not actually, you know, a giant chicken, because that would be really weird)

All suggestions are extremely welcome, and that's a pretty productive ones, as far as they go ;D

I'll talk to Mary about it (she's handling the paid guerilla marketing, out of experience), but I suspect it might be a bit pricey... and possibly a bit problematic with copyright stuff.

But, definitely something to talk about :)

DAMN! That promo was FABULOUS! Fantastic idea singling out those different parts of "And So It Begins"! The creepy quiet start, then BAMBAMBAM, the busy section with all the Deans and then the Dean gun reveal. LOVE IT. Straight, to the point, and SO very effective.

I definitely have to make sure pimp this out when I get the chance.

One last question and I promise to go not bother you more, do you happen to have a meet Sam video that I can add? I would love to get more of my friends watching and since they ALL myspace I figured good advertising.
