Mac users - can you recommend me free (pref. open source) software to convert FLV files to MP4? iSquint seems to just yank the audio, not the video. Googling isn't very helpful on the reliability front. I am running OS X.
If you manage to convert the avi to an mp4 are you planning to post it? (I am assuming this is all about FOB...) The avi I downloaded isn't playing properly, and the mp4 I found actually only shows the top left quarter of the image, which reduces much of the action to a mystery.
