Lost in Austen is SO AWESOME! I spent the entire four episodes writhing about on the couch and squealing. I even made an icon, but as it includes a spoilers for some absolute GEMS of moments that I will TREASURE for some time to come, I won't use it just now in order not to spoil the joy for the rest of you.

EVERYONE WATCH IT. It's so much fun. Also, all the gentlemen in it (those who are not supposed to be repulsive, at any rate) are total crumpets. A++ would lust again.

I agree with you, an excellent series and such a good 'modern' take on the story. I can see why Amanda would want Darcy, though as you say, all the men were 'total crumpets' and this from someone old enough to know better

It was very well done as a miniseries too, I think, so they didn't have the chance to fuck everything up by dragging it out for 13+ episodes!

I saw the first episode and knew I'd go crazy if I had to wait week by week for the next 3 so now that I finally have the last three episodes I'm going to have to watch them. :) I adored the first episode and want to see how it all works out. :)
