I'm French too, and I mostly ignore the bits after the 2. unless I really need to, and then I say two-point-oh, eyerolling some internally

At least that's the way I say it in my head. I'm not entirely sure I've ever said, it though. I say "AJAX-y" or something, because the 2.0 seems so very pretentious.
