Oh, Nine. I am re-watching season 1 of new Who right now and I am SO ADORING Nine.
I was actually chatting about it with someone last night... Nine was my first proper taste of DW, I found him intriguing and mostly delightly but was wary and not fallen for the 'verse so much yet. By the time Ten came around I was much more into it and found Ten's quirkiness quite charismatic...
But on re-watching, I adore Nine SO MUCH MORE than Ten. Nine is absolutely lovely in his own brand of quirkiness, whereas while the surprise of Ten's shenanigans the first time around are largely pleasantly surprising, on re-watching it's more irritating (esp when coupled with the ego/god complex of Ten!).
Um, in summary, NINE!
I reeeeeally want to write a story about TW 3 on the TARDIS, but I don't know how I can fit Nine into the timeline that way. *ANGST*
