ETA: I like how you don't tell us upfront; the scene with Myfanwy (er, sp? I can never remember) is even funnier after we find out he's already got the wings.

Whoa! Wingfic is not a genre of fanfic I ever expected to read, but you wrote it, so I had to give it a try. This is awesome! The strangeness of the experience, Ianto's frustration with the wings that turned into arousal once he found out that they were erogenous zones (and that Jack was turned on by them) and the general "this is incredibly inconvenient but also kinda interesting"...and the sex was inspiring. The mirror...oh man.

Oh I love this. It is very sweet and sexy at the same time. I adored Jack wanting to keep hold of some of the feathers, and the idea of him sleeping under a pile of them. Really like the line about irritation being a personal fetish.

Nothing has summarized their relationship any more succinctly than that statement. Wingfic is not a genre I've cared much for, but this one was outstanding for its humor, eroticism, and grasp of their characters. Poor put-upon Ianto, the victim of unsympathetic puns from teammates and Jack's mindless rutting (which he actually loves).
And their underlying affection comes through clearly, which I love. Thanks for writing!

i loved it.

Jack's fixation was spot on. Ianto's irritation, both real and forced, rang true. the piss-taking of the team was awesome.
