I'm quite quite late in stumbling across this, but I just had to let you know how much I adore it :) Quite wonderful, really, I bow down to you. Characterization and dialogue and writing and such is all brilliant, and this:

“Did you just lick my hair?”
“Chew,” Hanson mumbles.

is just the most wonderful adorable thing in the world hehe.
