This whole word a day thing is kicking ass. In a good way. This is great, it captures all their awkwardness and Kaylee's ability to get pissy with him. And also, it's a bit creepy to me. I'm kinda creeped out. In a good way. I like it.

I'm fond of the word of the day thing. I love titles that add another layer to a story, and I'm not sure i've ever chosen a title before writing a story before. it's kinda fun :D
