This broke my heart. Perhaps I'm overly emotional right now, but the last four parts actually made me cry - and I so far haven't ever been touched in that particular way by a single lotrps based fic. It just wraps around you and it makes you *feel* - at the time, perhaps you may not know exactly - but you feel something nevertheless. This is just beautiful.

I've been haunted by this story the whole day - so I now I'm commenting in the hope that it will leave me

This is perfect in every conceivable way - heartbreaking and beautiful and just a little creepy. And very, very 'what if?'. It gives me chills, just thinking about it.

i just wanted to say that a while ago i wrote a modern sleeping beauty tale (it wasn't about elijah or anybody real...made up a person) and i used the vinyl needle as the pricker too. so i just wanted to say yay for us for thinking so alike and to say that while our stories may have had a somewhat similar premise yours ABSOLUTELY BLEW MINE OUT OF THE WATER FOR BEING SO GOOD OMG. *hugs you*
