New AO3-related community

I've just created ao3_collections, a comm on LJ for Archive of Our Own users to promote their new Collections.

The purpose of this community is to provide:

a) a place for Collection owners to promote their new collections to potential contributors and readers,

b) a way for writers to keep up with Collections they may want to contribute to, and

c) a way for readers to keep abreast of the Collections being formed.

There's a feed for it on Dreamwidth, too: ao3_collections_feed.

Please spread the word to anyone other AO3 users you know!

Haha! good point. In theory, I totally want to do that too. But I care too much about immediate success, and know that there's a huge number of people on LJ right now that'll use it. I'm a bad early adopter.
