On these communities, they're so low-maintenance that there's not really a lot to do. Basically, just keep an eye on it and make sure there's no off-topic posts - if there are, you can delete them yourself or communicate with the poster if you like. And as a maintainer, you then have control over the administrative stuff to do with the community, so you can change the icons and the moderation settings and the style and of course delete/activate it.
