Prompt me!
I am totally going to play with some of these multi/poly prompts, but will have some fun tiems in my journal as well.
So, prompt me? For Torchwood and perhaps some new!Who as well. Prompts that have gender play, and/or women, and/or shiny ideas are especially welcome. Prompts that are fandomless are also welcome; I may try and dabble outside my primary whoniversiness.
Hit me!

I'm still looking for/waiting for a good fic about entire gender-reversed Torchwood :)
(Though when I apply Ianto's storyline to always-female!Ianto, it looks creepy, of standart-tropes-about-women sort.)

It's interesting, innit?

It's brilliant!
From the first time I watched the series, I have a firm feeling that Ianto is basically 'hero's love interest', so there are a lot of tropes in his storyline which are usually reserved for female characters. A devoted girlfriend who whores herself to save her lover, and then falls in love with a man she's lying to? Gah! A devoted girlfriend who follows the hero to the battle and dies tragically? Been there. On the other hand, he has this Saffron-esque qualities of a lying liar who lies. But he's definitely a man. So yes, there are a lot of weird gender tropes hidden in here.
On the third hand (we are talking Torchwood, so there are a lot of hands), with genders reversed entirely, Ianto's storyline is more or less standart, but Jack's storyline becomes... different. A man surviving through 19 and 20 century and flirting with everything that moves? Easy. A woman... weeell.
I've been thinking about it all for a while. I've written a Jackie/Ionwen PWP, just because the mental image is HOT, and then I wanted to do something with re-writing the original plot but got stucked because there are so many little tweaks, but at the same time, the whole story stays more or less the same... or not?

a) This is not based solely on the fact Ianto has sex with another male and
b) Ianto ends up in bed with one or more of the aliens as a result of trying to explain
