hope: Art of a woman writing from tour poster (i'm gay and bashful - only not.)
puddingsmith ([personal profile] hope) wrote2005-02-16 11:29 pm

omg! wtf!

with my new mp3 player i have been playlisting like mad, and, well, i've decided to share.

so. faculty fans! i've created a playlist of the songs that repeatedly remind me of the faculty fandom. or, more specifically, the triumvirate of epic faculty stories that have taken the fandom by storm over the years. i'm fond of all three of them. quite fond.

so, that said, i make no apologies for my taste in either fic or music; each to their own. song listing is in chronological order of the stories. i sure enjoyed doing this, i hope you enjoy listening.

let me know if the yousendits run out, or liek, if you feel like hosting songs for me or something. if not, i'll try and upload them again until/unless no one wants them.

anyway. /dork

please comment if you download, i'm interested to see who's listening out there.

I'm downloading "Freak on a Leash" and "Eye for an Eye" because I don't have those yet. Let me know if you need hosting -- I can probably put them on very.net for a bit if needed.

I *love* and re-read Void, but what are links to Borderlines and Birthright? I've never heard of them. (please and thank you).

Alos, I'll download all of the soundtrack when I get home tonight. Thanks for psoting this!

The links to those series are in her entry: just click on the names that are listed among the song titles, and the links will take you there.

I hope that made sense -- I couldn't figure out how to word that properly!

U R so smrt. Ess Em Ewe Tea. Oh, wait, that spells a different word. Which you also are. In the media-geek textual-poached brain-porn kinda way. Yerp.

I'll be downloading this whole thing when I get home.

I'm gonna force you to read The Tale Of One Bad Rat by Brian Talbot when I get home. I read it years ago and thought it was pretty good, but this morning I was re-reading it on the train and thinking "I have to lend this to Hope. It's possible she'll hate it, and me for showing it to her, but I have to anyway." So yep.

And fie at you and your... logic!!1

Comic, but I promise there are no spanky pants or bats.

Hi Hope! I am downloading the Radiohead, Everclear and Missy Higgins songs right now! I already have Korn and Evanescence. I LOVE "Freak on a Leash". When Jonathan does that nifty alt-metal scat, I just die... Love Evanescence too. Have never heard of Missy Higgins so I am very excited to try out something new shortly. I will be checking out the other songs as well in a little while (this is all my poor modem can handle at the moment).
This is so cool...the artwork is beautiful as well.
Thank you *hugs*

Downloaded them, and looking forward to listening this way, as I've never tried it before.

Thank you!

I'm dling those I don't already have. And it's funny, but I've always associated Fade Out with Void and the Cautery sequel.

Yay! I love this yousendit thing. Free new music for meeeee! :)

Some of these I already have the CDs for but downloaded so that I could have the whole mix. X.Y.U. is one of my favorite songs to drive around empty country roads in. I always slow waaaaaay down during the "Mary had a..." part and then SLAM on the gas on the "Ka-BOOM!" Then I cackle and make my tires squeal. Muahahahaha! XYU=hellion!slip
