The ending to The Ninth Gate made me really damn angry. Then again, I saw it a long time ago. It's a spiffy premise, though. Much less of a waste of time than Secret Window.

That's really weird about OUaTiM, because just before you arrived at our place, sometime between Thanksgiving and mid-January... OUR COPY OF OUaTiM WENT MISSING. So we picked up a used copy from the bargain bin, but, yeah...

*cue twilight zone music*

I think it's a global conspiracy.

The weird thing with ours that went missing? We've still got the case, right there on the shelf. Only the DISK is missing. It's not like there are a lot of places we might have carried the disk off to, absently! We've even opened ever DVD and CD case in the house, looking for the mis-filing problem.

Our disks ran off together to have an illicit affair. I'm sure that's it. This is a job for a COP.
