yessss, so true. i only decided to watch firefly a few weeks ago, after just getting way too curious about the hype (and ending up in a house with the dvd set + idle time, haha), and i am truly amazed by JUST how much i love it. it's even more amazing because i frankly didn't like buffy or angel. i haven't felt such a connection to tv characters... possibly ever.

i'm working on fan recruitment, myself. it's amazing to see just how effective it can be, especially when the show is really worth it.
