Sharpe's Revenge.

oh. now I see why the fans don't like Jane! makes so much more sense now.

And, subsequently, here is the most appropriate icon EVER. (aka GIP!)

Icon- lovely & highly appropriate.
Jane - bad.
Lucille- good.
Wesley Rossendale - a damned cad!
Frederickson- oh, alas poor Frederickson.

Heh. Yeah. I like her at first, but later on... not so much.

... icon love. omg.

Heh. I actually HATE Jane at the start when she is weak and washy and crap, quite cheer up when she almost dies, go into paroxyms of rage when she needlessly recovers, but then when she grows a spine, betrays Sharpe and goes off boffing his rival, I get quite into her. I love a deceptive and cruel woman.

Yeah, spine was maybe the wrong thing. Definitely, actually. I guess she just gets to do something that isn't just simper and look innocent yet alluring to Sharpe. I mean, I know her range doesn't exactly increase tenfold - hardly moves beyond "adds vaguely guilty expression", but it's more interesting for me to see her be such an asshole (and Sharpe all angry...) than it is for me to see her be the perfect delicate wife.

Dude, why don't I have a Sharpe icon? That's wrong. Have Granny Weatherwax instead.
