So, what the post-Croatoan question REALLY is, is that when the first person writes the AU fic where Sam and Dean are left alone in the medical clinic, waiting to die, so they decide to 'infect' Dean too, just to be fair, only they can't bear cutting on each other so they just exchange bodily fluids in other manners. Possibly while bent across the examining table. Stirrups? - will the author make it trashy? or gritty? or sweepingly romantic?

I'm willing to go for any and/or all of the above.

After all, sex is the re-affirmation of life, it's only reasonable that they would want to have one last orgasm before they/someone else kills them. :D

I see the key word seems to be medical-stirrups. I can see that. Sam has very long legs, after all. It's only practical.
