It's real fun once you get the hang of it - kind of like writing html. having all the components there and just figuring out the right way to fit them all together nice and pretty :D

I'm not sure if this is helpful or if you already know, but we use college and university pretty much interchangeably. When someone says that they're leaving for college in the fall, they mean they're going to university. I'm not familiar with the Australian system, but my writing partner and I ran into this when we were researching the British system. In the US, we don't have what the Brits call college. You go straight from high school to university.

*nod* yep, got that linguistic distinction. I think I watch enough American TV for that :D

Here in Aus, we call the school side of it "university", and "college" is the place you live while you're at uni, if you need student housing (most people live off-campus or still with their parents, etc).
