My favourite dumb-ass super power was Condorman, who could fly like a condor, and had other condor-like abilities, because he fell off a mountain and landed in a condor's nest. *That's it*. LAter, they retconned it so a radioactive meteor flew past while he was in there, and that's what gave him his powers. Instead of the meteor making all the condors' feathers fall out and die and stuff.
