hope: Art of a woman writing from tour poster (reservoir doc)
A while ago someone on my flist linked to a cd on amazon (i think it was amazon) - it was of famous thespians reading a selection of shakespeare's sonnets - alan rickman was one of them, i know. was it for charity? i can't remember.

anyway, an amazon search was relatively fruitless, does anyone have the specific title of it or a link to it handy? eta thanks, [livejournal.com profile] shehasathree!

also, for your time: Seremuppety. wonderful.

of course preshrunk made a post, which led to a teeshirt site, which led back to threadless, which led to the yawning vortex that is rating submissions. anyway. amusing/interesting shirts i came across:

not on threadless, but - I'm afreud to love and I got marx on my shirt. SNERK. the kind of shirt you wear to uni (and made specifically for that purpose, and also what's holding me back from purchasing one, hah).

on threadless: Nerds Unite! of which i am fond, but not entirely sure about... i like the idea of it, but the design is too intricate/detailed to see unless you're close up and looking at it for a while. i prefer the ones with instant impact, yaknow?

hmm.

anyway, now we're going to watch The Crow: Wicked Prayer which we picked up at the video store today. it stars david boreanaz, edward furlong and tara reid. which are three reasons we hired it; fourth - we need a laugh. HAH. off i go.

eta: oh my, that truly was one of the best films i've ever seen.

other things we picked up at the video store: last disc of the L word (s1), the original battlestar galactica and the first disc of stargate sg-1 (just because).

also, we had fast food for dinner, and i had coke, so now i am AWAKE AWAKE AWAKE. not for long. *drugs*
