OH MY FREAKING GOD!

So, today might quite possibly have been the most fortuitous day EVER. Mary and I were being suave citizens of our city, drinking coffee, window shopping around, and we decide to leave the swanky street we're in and head home. I say, "Do you mind if we stop and have a look in Ishka first?" So it's just a couple shops down, we go in, browse around. In the farthest corner of the store, on a shelf, behind a card stand and amongst stacks of fisherman's trousers, is a little basket. This little basket is full of charms. I pick through it idly. And find this:

Look familiar?

THAT'S RIGHT, BITCHES. IT'S DEAN'S FREAKING AMULET!

There is no doubt about it. This is not a variety of the same symbolic figure. IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME.

So Mary and I bought the two that they had in that store, and mosied over to where we knew there was another branch, and dug around and bought a handful more of them. Which we will most likely put up on ebay to share with the greater Supernatural fan community some time in the near future. I'll link to the auctions when we get organised.

eta: another photo. Now with boobs! )

HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP! I am SO freaking over-the-MOON about this. DEAN'S AMULET! DEAN'S FREAKING AMULET! YESSS!!!

For those of you interested in the meta-side of the amulet; we asked the manager of the store about its origins and all he could tell us was that it's a brass cast charm, made in Thailand, and a discontinued line of stock. So.

OMG!

Updated [livejournal.com profile] hopelense. It's been a while. Dombillijah.com going down lost most of the pics there, and it got too expensive to develop film... Now I have a camera phone. We'll see how that pans out :D
