After watching the animated Hercules tonight, and being reminded of many, many days spent mainlining Xena DVDs, I have decided that I want to read a Supernatural AU. Where Sam and Dean wander around Ancient Greece in their little leather miniskirts, constantly retrieving each other from the underworld.

Oh, come on. Just think of the legs. Think of SAM'S legs, dear god. THIGHS.

Dean might have to wear a toga.* Oh, the curse of bow legs in Ancient Greece.


* Yes Karen, I know they didn't have togas. But look! over here! I am distracting you with the idea of Dean in a toga! A crown of grapes! A grumpy, grumpy expression!

Somebody wrote that. I'm sure somebody wrote that. And dean was the god of love and he was supposed to make Sam fall in love with Jess, but he fell in love with Sam instead, not knowing that Sam was his half-mortal brother. And there was buttsex and he had to save Sam from the underworld. Or maybe Sam had to save him, I can't remember.

I did not dream this. Somebody actually wrote it.

Yep, I read that one - Mary was Aphrodite, Dean was cupid. etc etc. THERE WERE NO MINI SKIRTS AND WANDERING AROUND JOKING ABOUT FARTS AND RESCUING FROM THE UNDERWORLD.

I just have that hankering for the trashy, cheesy horror-and-family-drama of Raimi's ancient greece ;D
