One of the things I liked most about it when I was writing was figuring out how Sam would react to/interact with a dean-as-a-girl in a non-wincest scenario. Not that I have anything against wincest *g* but yeah, seeing how that brotherly relationship is transformed when it's not mutually brotherly (or perceived not to be) is something i find fascinating :D
