Hoo boy, Mister Bun sure makes his way around, doesn't he?

For the uninitiated, 'Mister Bun' is the name of Sam's toy rabbit, first coming into his possession on his first birthday. He first premiered in the (surprisingly successful) All things bright and beautiful, and has since popped up frequently, both in my work and others'. So I decided to make a masterlist of all his appearances.
