Thanks so much for the site - it's great!!! I'd looked at the journal before but it's great to have it in one place, and easy to read. :) I am convinced if I squint hard enough, though, I can read the letter in #06. ;) So far all I've got, though, is "I have received your letter dated ___ (I think 3 weeks ago) " third paragraph starting with "This morning I have..." GAH. If it would just zoom in just a *little* bit! They're such teases. ;)

Oh and I hate, hate to point out mistakes, but in the timeline it says John met Missouri November 17, but the journal says he met her December 17.
