Hi there :)
I was looking at the page about J. Campbell and I thought you may want to add another book as reference - partially derived from Campbell's that's quite known in Hollywood and to storywriters in media.

The book is: "The Writer's Journey: Mythic Structure for Storytellers and Screenwriters " by Christopher Vogler, published by Pan Books (second revised edition, 1999). The book is divided in two main parts, mapping the Archetypal Figures and the Stages of the Journey respectively.

If you want it, I can do something similar to what it's up for Campbell - a short book summary thingy and application to SPN..but it'll be a little while, am somewhat busy right now.
