oscillating.net hostees, please see ot3_hostees.

I'm going to be using ot3_hostees to keep hostees and those in know up-to-date on what's going down with the backing up and changing over of servers at oscillating.net, rosiesamfrodo.com & dombillijah.com.

Please, please help Mary & I out by watching this community and responding to our queries (as promptly as possible). I've got moderated membership settings up, so if you request to join I'll approve you - I'll post some flocked entries when it comes to passwording and whatnot.

I don't have everyone's email, so this'll be the best way for me to contact all of you and vice versa.

If you are a hostee or know of other hostees who might not see this, please point them in the direction of ot3_hostees. Feel free to make a post about it in your journal. And feel free to friend the community if you just want to keep up to date on where we're going and when we get there.

Host4Students.com, our web server, is shutting down. They're giving us until May 14 before they go completely kaput, so...

Mary and I are going to be downloading all the data we can between now and then, but if you are capable of backing up your own stuff, please let me know ASAP so's we know who we need to be worrying about or not-worrying about. K?

And, no news on the restoration of all the dombillijah.com stuff... I suspect it's gone for good. :(


We still have all three domains registered, but will be having to get webspace elsewhere. Keep an eye out for updates as to what's going down in terms of where space is etc.

So, yeah. I'll take this opportunity to say, er, that this comes out of our own pockets, so if you ever have the urge... you can contribute to the upkeep.
